Responsibilities
  • Planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the work of employees in the Hotel’s Food & Beverage outlets while ensuring exceptional service and attention to guests.
  • Select, train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline employees and managers in the hotel’s restaurants and lounges to ensure that established cultural and core standards are met, long-range strategic planning for restaurant, bars and lounges.
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Marketing and Hotel Manager, to design effective menus and wine list, positioning the restaurant and concept in the market while ensuring not only excellent product quality at a fair price but also creating revenue generation solutions to maximize profit.
  • Be visible in the operation, recognize and maintain relationships with regular guests as well as cultivate relationships with new patrons.
  • Communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met as well as attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments.
  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory control.
  • Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors as an ambassador inside and outside of the value of Four Seasons.
