Job Description We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue to join our esteemed organisation in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue management initiatives to drive our hotel's financial success. Develop and execute comprehensive revenue optimisation strategies for Rooms and Food & Beverage outlets Lead the forecasting and budgeting process, ensuring accurate revenue projections and financial planning Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer data to inform revenue decisions Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, providing actionable insights to the executive team Foster cross-departmental collaboration to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies Mentor and inspire the revenue management team, promoting a culture of excellence and accountability Implement innovative pricing and distribution strategies to maximise revenue and market share Oversee the management of online distribution channels and partnerships Conduct regular performance reviews and identify areas for improvement in revenue generation Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with overall business objectives Qualifications Degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in revenue management within the hospitality industry, preferably at a director level Comprehensive understanding of hotel operations and market dynamics Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends Proficiency in revenue management systems and tools Excellence in forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing teams Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluency in English and Vietnamese (or commitment to learn Vietnamese) Advanced knowledge of market analysis processes and methodologies Experience in conducting case studies and market research Solid mathematical background for data-driven decision making Innovative approach to problem-solving and strategy development Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Additional Information What awaits you...
