Job Description - Maximize Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to optimize room and Food & Beverage revenue, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. - Top Line Management: Take responsibility for the hotel's overall top line performance, driving initiatives that enhance profitability. - Business Acumen: Utilize strong business acumen to analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer data to inform revenue strategies. - Communication: Foster excellent horizontal communication across departments to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies and initiatives. - Innovative Thinking: Employ an out-of-the-box approach to problem-solving and strategy development, leveraging creative solutions to drive revenue growth. - Forecasting and Budgeting: Lead the forecasting and budgeting process to ensure accurate revenue projections and financial planning. - Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the executive team for continuous improvement. - Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor the revenue management team, promoting a culture of accountability and excellence in revenue generation. Qualifications - Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school. - Knowledge of the concepts and evaluation of market analysis processes. - A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background; - Languages: fluent in the national language, and good level in English
