We are seeking a seasoned and data-driven Director of Revenue to own the overall revenue performance and strategy for Almedia. This is a critical leadership role for someone with a proven track record of driving significant business growth in the mobile gaming space. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious year-over-year revenue targets and ensure our growth is both sustainable and efficient.

Responsibilities
  • Own Overall Revenue Strategy: Define and execute the complete revenue strategy, focusing on sustainable growth, scalable processes, and maximizing efficiency across all revenue streams.
  • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and scale a team, building the necessary structures, playbooks, and KPIs to continuously improve revenue performance and achieve aggressive doubling targets.
  • Drive Existing Customer Growth: Develop strategies and optimize data to increase revenue and spending from our existing advertisers, building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for product development.
  • Implement Data-Driven Reporting: Own the implementation of advanced analytics and reporting tools to provide clear, actionable insights that improve sales performance and inform key business decisions.
  • Collaborate for Product Excellence: Work closely with our customers and internal product teams to translate customer needs into product improvements, ensuring we continue to deliver maximum value to both advertisers and consumers.
