Qualifications • A degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field. • At least 2 years of revenue experience, ideally in luxury hospitality. • Proficiency in Opera PMS; hands-on experience with IDEAS G3 is highly valued. • Strong analytical acumen, balanced with creative problem-solving. • Confidence to present, influence, and lead conversations with senior stakeholders. • Fluent in English and Azerbaijani; Russian is an advantage. • A mindset that blends precision with passion, detail with vision.
