Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Revenue Management to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue optimization strategies across all revenue streams, ensuring maximum profitability and sustainable growth for our organization. Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across all revenue streams Lead and mentor the revenue management team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and economic factors to inform pricing and distribution strategies Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue management initiatives with overall business objectives Oversee the implementation and optimization of revenue management systems and tools Produce accurate forecasts and reports to guide strategic decision-making and resource allocation Chair regular revenue management meetings to ensure alignment and accountability across departments Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including ownership groups and external partners Continuously evaluate and optimize distribution channels and online presence to maximize revenue Drive innovation in revenue management practices, staying ahead of industry trends and leveraging new technologies Participate in the annual budgeting process and prepare long-range financial projections Ensure compliance with brand standards and company policies while maximizing revenue opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred) Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop team members Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS G3 RMS, Opera PMS) and data analysis tools In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, yield management, and distribution channels Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in forecasting and budgeting Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, market trends, and competitive landscape Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting Experience with online marketing and e-commerce strategies in the hospitality sector (preferred) Commitment to confidentiality and ethical business practices
