Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Director of Revenue Management & E-commerce who will take charge of shaping and executing our revenue and online strategy. A recognized industry leader with a proven network and deep expertise in luxury hospitality revenue strategy.
Your primary mission is to develop and direct our commercial strategy, anticipating market shifts and championing the hotel’s long-term positioning after its major renovation (2026-2028).
You will also oversee all digital touch points along the guest journey, including OTAs, CTOs, M&E Platforms, Meta Search, GDS, and more. While deep e-Commerce or digital marketing expertise is not required, a willingness to grow into a leadership role in these areas will be fully supported with coaching and resources.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in Revenue Management within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Experience in e-commerce, digital distribution, and strategic market positioning.
  • Strong network of industry contacts, and ideally a history of participation with leading associations (e.g., HSMAI), advanced education (eCornell or equivalent), or as a regular industry speaker/guest lecturer.
  • Up to date with the latest revenue management tools, data analytics solutions, and technological developments in hospitality.
  • Strong analytical, accurate, and commercially driven, with a visionary mindset.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in working with corporate teams.
  • Eligible to work in The Netherlands.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is an advantage
Responsibilities
  • Shape and lead the hotel’s commercial, revenue and digital guest experience strategy, aligned with post-renovation ambitions and Accor’s global vision.
  • Serve as a senior strategic partner and thought leader, representing Revenue Management at a management team level and with external networks.
  • Maintain close ties with industry associations (e.g., HSMAI), university programs, or as a speaker/contributor in the field.
  • Oversee pricing and distribution strategies across all platforms, including digital guest journey touch points (OTAs, GDS, Meta Search, etc.).
  • Lead the planning for the post-renovation repositioning of the hotel, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and performance analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen the hotel’s online visibility and digital performance to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve revenue and positioning goals.
