As Director of Revenue Management of Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, you will helm a team of exceptional professionals dedicated to delivering the legendary Four Seasons experience. About the Role As Director of Revenue Management for Four Seasons Hotel Hanoi at Hoan Kiem Lake, you will be a key member of the Commercial team, reporting to the Commercial Director. You will lead the hotel’s revenue strategy, overseeing all aspects of pricing, forecasting, and inventory management to maximise total hotel revenue and profitability across Rooms, F&B, and ancillary revenue streams. This role requires a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded leader who can interpret market trends, leverage data-driven insights, and align multiple departments toward optimised performance. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations to ensure pricing and distribution strategies reflect both the hotel’s business objectives and Four Seasons’ brand positioning. What You Will Do Lead Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement dynamic pricing strategies that maximise yield and profitability across all channels and segments. Forecast and Analyse Performance: Produce accurate short- and long-term forecasts for Rooms and total hotel revenue. Monitor results and recommend tactical adjustments to achieve financial goals. Optimise Inventory Management: Control room allocations, rate availability, and restrictions to balance occupancy and average rate, driving RevPAR and RGI performance. Own the Systems: Oversee the configuration and performance of all revenue management systems and tools. Conduct Revenue Meetings: Lead weekly strategy and forecast meetings, providing actionable insights, market intelligence, and business recommendations to the Planning Committee. Align Commercial Efforts: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations to ensure alignment in pricing, promotions, and channel distribution. Drive Total Revenue Optimisation: Extend revenue management principles beyond Rooms, supporting F&B, Spa, and Events in yield, pricing, and demand analysis. Monitor Market Trends: Analyse competitor pricing, market conditions, and global booking patterns to inform strategic decisions and future planning. Enhance Digital Visibility: Partner with PR and Marketing to ensure accurate, competitive content and positioning across brand.com and third-party platforms. Coach and Develop Teams: Mentor the Reservations and CORE teams on revenue awareness, upselling techniques, and systems proficiency to enhance conversion and performance. Manage Reporting & Insights: Deliver detailed daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with commentary and recommendations for strategic improvement. Support Pre-Opening Readiness: Define the hotel’s initial pricing structure, segmentation strategy, and distribution setup to ensure a successful market entry. What You Bring A university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Hotel Management. Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in revenue management, including prior leadership in a luxury hotel or resort environment. Proven expertise in yield optimisation, distribution strategy, and total revenue management. Strong technical proficiency with revenue systems including IDeaS, Opera, Amadeus (TravelClick), and Delphi; advanced Excel and Power BI tool capabilities. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data into actionable commercial insights. Sound understanding of market segmentation, forecasting, and competitive analysis. Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional collaboration and present confidently to senior leadership. Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to balance strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is an advantage.
