This role is pivotal in executing projects developing talent within revenue teams at the country level and ensuring that revenue generation strategies are effectively implemented in each hotel. Demonstrated skills in project management, strategy execution, and team development. Deep understanding of revenue management practices and challenges specific to the country's hotels. Effective leadership and team management capabilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in strategic planning and project execution. Commitment to driving talent development and creating a learning environment. Expertise in revenue management tools and systems. Flexibility and adaptability to work across different hotel environments within the country.
