Job Description
To lead in this space, you’ll bring with you proven experience in revenue management within a luxury hotel environment. You understand the nuances of high-end hospitality, the expectations of discerning guests, and the strategic levers that drive profitability without compromising on excellence. As Director of Revenue, you’ll be the architect of our pricing strategy — crafting intelligent, data-led approaches that reflect our premium positioning and unique guest promise.
Reporting to the General Manager, and working closely with the Commercial Director, Reservations Manager, and regional teams, you’ll unify all revenue streams, optimise distribution, and shape a commercial vision that delivers impact. You’ll translate strategy into action, measure performance against bold targets, and respond with agility when the landscape changes.
You will be entrusted with maximising room revenue through the careful orchestration of rates, packages, and promotional offerings that align with our brand promise. From managing the flow of room inventory to fine-tuning the ideal market segment mix, you’ll bring intelligence and insight to every decision. Through a keen understanding of competitor pricing, distribution channels, and group booking dynamics, you’ll ensure every opportunity is optimised. With access to real-time data, daily trends, and long-term forecasts, you’ll turn reporting into foresight — identifying patterns, refining strategy, and setting the pace in an ever-evolving market.
With clarity of vision and sharp commercial instinct, you’ll craft strategic plans that turn ambition into measurable results.
