WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO IN THIS POSITION?

We are seeking a visionary Director of Revenue Management & E-commerce who will take charge of shaping and executing our revenue and online strategy. A recognized industry leader with a proven network and deep expertise in luxury hospitality revenue strategy.
Your primary mission is to develop and direct our commercial strategy, anticipating market shifts and championing the hotel’s long-term positioning after its major renovation (2026–2028).
You will also oversee all digital touch points along the guest journey, including OTAs, CTOs, M&E Platforms, Meta Search, GDS, and more. While deep e-Commerce or digital marketing expertise is not required, a willingness to grow into a leadership role in these areas will be fully supported with coaching and resources.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a senior strategic partner and thought leader, representing Revenue Management at a management team level and with external networks.
  • Maintain close ties with industry associations (e.g., HSMAI), university programs, or as a speaker/contributor in the field.
  • Oversee pricing and distribution strategies across all platforms, including digital guest journey touch points (OTAs, GDS, Meta Search, etc.).
  • Lead the planning for the post-renovation repositioning of the hotel, ensuring a strong market presence.
  • Conduct in-depth market, competitor, and performance analyses to guide strategic decisions.
  • Strengthen the hotel’s online visibility and digital performance to drive direct bookings and brand awareness.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to achieve revenue and positioning goals.
