The Role Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will manage and lead the overall operations of the Rooms Division, including Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping. Leading from the front across a Rooms Division team of 60 colleagues including heads of department, you will create a team who are highly customer focused delivering exceptional guest service, whilst proactively driving and maximising revenue and upselling programs. Driving Rooms Division hotel metrics is a key focus of this role, ensuring a balanced approach to sustainable success; developing and implementing strategies to optimise operational efficiencies; achieving productivity goals and exceeding guest experience targets. This is a busy, hands on and varied role that will allow you to further stretch your leadership, commercial acumen, organisational skills and exceptional guest deliverables within a high performing environment.
