ABOUT THE PROPERTY The House Hotel Kvareli aims to be Kakheti’s leading destination, seamlessly blending Georgian wine culture, contemporary art, and authentic hospitality. Set within the region’s scenic natural beauty, the property is a 94-room luxury destination resort surrounded by expansive vineyards, landscaped gardens, and forest territory. The resort features a Georgian Grill Restaurant, multiple barbecue areas, bonfire and designated picnic spaces. Leisure and wellness facilities include an outdoor swimming pool with pool bar, a spa with indoor pool and sauna, a fully equipped gym, tennis and padel courts, and an outdoor Kids Club. Business and events infrastructure include the Ouspace business area, conference and meeting facilities, and the Kvareli Pavilion, a dedicated large-scale event venue accommodating up to 700 guests. The estate is further enhanced by vineyard areas, hiking and horse-riding trails, recreation zones, parking for up to 100 cars, bicycle and golf cart parking, and on-site staff accommodation. Location: Conveniently located in Kakheti, the property is 40 km from Telavi, 130 km from Tbilisi International Airport, and approximately 140 km from Tbilisi city centre, offering accessibility while remaining immersed in nature. ABOUT THE ROLE KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee all rooms division operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Guest Services, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Lead, train, and develop the rooms division team to deliver high service standards and exceptional guest experiences. Ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes, room readiness, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction. Monitor occupancy levels, forecasts, and room inventory to optimize performance and maximize revenue. Implement and maintain service standards, SOPs, and quality assurance processes in line with brand and company expectations. Collaborate closely with Revenue, Sales, and F&B teams to align on guest experience and operational strategies. Handle guest feedback, complaints, and VIP requirements professionally, ensuring timely resolution. Monitor and control departmental costs, including labor and operational expenses, to ensure efficiency. Support pre-opening or seasonal ramp-up activities, including team recruitment, training, and operational setup. Use guest feedback, data, and operational reports to drive continuous improvement and enhance service delivery. EXPERIENCE & SKILLS Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience). 5+ years of experience in rooms division operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations, service standards, and guest experience management. Solid understanding of occupancy management, forecasting, and operational planning. Experience in pre-opening environments or multi-department roles is a strong advantage. High proficiency in hotel systems (PMS, channel managers, housekeeping systems) and operational reporting tools. Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills.
