Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Represent the Rooms Division in senior management and executive meetings, providing insights and updates on operations. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field. 5+ years of experience in hotel management, with a focus on rooms operations. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven financial acumen, with experience in budgeting and revenue management. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
