Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESS" Job Description • Demonstrate leadership in the field of hospitality and ensure consistent, high-quality service at all stages of hotel sales; • Ensure that the products and services offered to guests meet or exceed their expectations; • Provide loyal and attentive service to clients to develop long-term relationships and achieve business growth; • Participate in annual business planning, forecasting, meetings with stakeholders, system trainings, report analysis, and profit and loss management; • Hold meetings with clients to identify their needs and provide recommendations on products and services aligned with their goals; • Discuss strategies and prepare action plans aimed at increasing sales and enhancing customer satisfaction; • Monitor competitors’ activities to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement in existing operations; • Develop and implement sales strategies focused on new products, services, and markets; • Organize promotional events to increase sales potential and generate interest in products; • Provide and implement suggestions to improve existing systems and internal procedures; • Actively participate in budget analysis, preparation of annual budget plans, and expense planning; • Lead the preparation, updating, and communication of departmental guidelines and procedure documents to staff; • Update quarterly action plans and financial objectives to achieve established sales targets; • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of information regarding events and group reservations with relevant departments; • Define and implement effective strategies to achieve annual sales goals; • Build and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with local and governmental suppliers to optimize revenues. Qualifications • Higher education (a degree in Tourism and Hotel Management is preferred); • Relevant experience in a similar position; • Proficiency in Opera PMS Software, Opera Sales & Catering / Opera Sales Force Automation, Property Manager, and Microsoft Windows programs; • Ability to stay calm, composed, and attentive to guests’ needs at all times; • Adherence to professional telephone etiquette standards; • Fluent in Azerbaijani, English, and Russian; • Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; • Dynamic personality with a strong willingness to learn; • Strong sales and presentation skills; • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; • Management experience is considered an advantage; • Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
