As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our corporate sales strategy, inspire and mentor our sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with high-value corporate clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management Additional Information "Diversity & Inclusion for Accor means welcoming each and everyone and respecting their differences by giving priority only to qualities and skills in extending employment and development opportunities.
