Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers of the organization. Ensure maintenance of customer database. Responsible for targeting new customers and new sales opportunities, initiate action plan to approach and secure new business for the organization. Any matter which may effect the interests of ACCOR should be brought to the attention of the Management. Participate in management meetings to review progress towards achievement of business plan goals and develop the annual business plan related for the department Manage/direct public relations and promotional activities in conjunction with corporate marketing and public relations departments.
