Job Description We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales to join our leadership team in the stunning island paradise of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for driving our overall sales strategy, leading a high-performing sales team, and cultivating strong relationships with key clients to achieve and exceed our ambitious revenue targets. Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with our organisation's goals and market opportunities Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional results Establish and nurture strategic relationships with high-value clients and key decision-makers Collaborate with senior leadership to set sales targets, forecast revenue, and develop pricing strategies Create and oversee the annual sales budget and long-term business plans Identify new market opportunities and spearhead innovative sales approaches to capture them Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to inform strategic decisions Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights to the executive team Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, tools, and methodologies Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets in a luxury or hospitality environment Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing successful long-term sales strategies Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, coupled with excellent business acumen Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and financial management systems Outstanding negotiation, presentation, and communication skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level Solid understanding of the luxury market and hospitality industry trends Strong financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and managing P&L Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is highly advantageous Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Understanding of the local market in Phu Quoc and the broader Vietnamese tourism landscape Additional Information What awaits you...
