With Keri’s retirement, we are looking for an exceptional leader to step into this pivotal role—a Director of Sales & Business Development who will drive our next phase of expansion across Canada. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to lead and innovate within a company known for its excellence in creating the future by preserving the past. Where we specialize in providing tailored heritage solutions for effortless customization of quality wood windows, doors, storm windows, storefronts, mouldings, and turnings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
✔ Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
✔ 5+ years of sales leadership & business development experience, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or high-end custom products.
✔ A keen interest in heritage buildings.
✔ Proven track record of sales growth and strategic market expansion.
✔ Strong negotiation, consultative sales, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Excellent public speaking & professional representation skills.
✔ Experience with Microsoft Office, SharePoint (CRM & Projects Module), and QuickBooks Online (preferred).
✔ Exceptional time management, decision-making, and leadership skills.
✔ Valid driver’s license & access to a reliable vehicle.

As the Director of Sales & Business Development, you will be a key member of our leadership team, responsible for shaping and executing a strategic sales vision to support our continued growth. This is not just a sales role—it is a high-level leadership position focused on expanding our market reach, developing new product lines, and forging key business partnerships.
We are seeking an individual with a proven track record in business development and sales leadership, capable of cultivating relationships with residential and commercial clients, retail chains, developers, and industry decision-makers. You will play a critical role in identifying new revenue opportunities, building a scalable sales structure, and positioning Vintage Woodworks for national expansion.
