Role Overview: We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Sales & Marketing to build our commercial function from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to roll up their sleeves to define and implement our go-to-market strategy.

REQUIREMENTS:

· 7+ years experience in B2B sales and/or marketing leadership roles.
· Background in cybersecurity, enterprise tech, managed services, or IT consulting.
· Proven ability to build and scale go-to-market functions from scratch.
· Deep understanding of Irish/UK enterprise markets.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Bonus: experience with public procurement and/or channel sales.
