Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial strategy for Four Points by Sheraton Airport Westshore. This leader will be responsible for driving top-line revenue performance, increasing market share, and positioning the hotel for long-term success. The ideal candidate brings a strategic mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans aligned with revenue goals and brand positioning Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets Drive group, corporate, and transient business through proactive and reactive sales efforts Partner closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability Strengthen the hotel’s presence within the local Tampa market through networking and community engagement Oversee digital marketing initiatives, brand compliance, and online reputation management Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and demand generators to identify opportunities Prepare and present forecasts, budgets, and performance reports to ownership and leadership Qualifications Minimum 3–5 years of progressive hotel sales leadership experience Proven success in driving revenue growth and market share Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Marriott brand experience and systems knowledge preferred (e.g., CI/TY, MGS, Delphi) Knowledge of the Tampa market is a strong advantage Why Join StepStone Hospitality?
