  • Build long-term client relationships and seek out opportunities to increase account value.
  • Work alongside the General Manager to align sales activity with hotel operational priorities.
  • Support Brightstar’s commercial team in sharing insight, best practices, and reporting.

Market Positioning & Brand Awareness

  • Raise the profile of the hotel through active participation in local business and tourism networks.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and corporate functions.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Provide monthly updates on sales activity, performance vs. budget, and market insights.
  • Track KPIs and continuously seek ways to improve conversion, retention, and revenue performance.
