We want people who align with and can live our core values: We Say Yes We Hustle We Think Bigger We Keep Promises We Build People Up Job Summary and Job Functions Lead with ownership through Leadership, Management & Accountability (LMA) Drive sales revenue to achieve or exceed annual company targets Report sales performance and key metrics to the EVP of Sales & Marketing, including: Outreach, prospecting, and lead conversion (quotes & opportunities) Booked revenue and pipeline health Champion the sales team by supporting customer needs, solving problems, and removing obstacles Establish and enforce a company-wide lead response process, including method and timeline Provide ongoing coaching, including quarterly scorecard and performance reviews Review and guide large or complex quotes to ensure alignment and profitability Build, document, and continuously improve a streamlined, company-wide sales process Develop sales tools, resources, and playbooks to support training and execution Create and execute a comprehensive sales training program covering product knowledge, pricing, salesmanship, and Salesforce Lead recruiting, onboarding, development, performance management, and retention of sales team members Model and uphold company core values: We Say Yes.
