Responsibilities

THE ROLE: HELP US FILL THE SALES PIPELINE

We’re looking for a hunter—someone who loves the challenge of opening doors, building relationships, and closing deals. As a results-driven, people-first Sales Manager, you’ll own the full sales cycle and play a key role in helping organizations simplify their scheduling and staffing challenges with the BookJane J360 Platform.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

  • Hunting for new business and driving pipeline growth
  • Owning the full sales cycle — prospect, present, negotiate, and close
  • Selling the BookJane J360 Platform to healthcare, staffing agencies, hospitality, and other shift-based industries
  • Building trusted relationships with decision-makers (Operations, HR, Executive teams)
  • Running engaging product demos, strategic discussions, and solution-based sales presentations
  • Partnering with marketing to convert warm leads into happy, long-term customers
  • Reporting on sales pipeline, forecasting, and sharing lessons learned with the team
  • Driving revenue growth — and having fun doing it
