Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Sales - Corporate to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of our leadership team, you will drive our corporate sales strategy, inspire and mentor our sales team, and cultivate strong relationships with high-value corporate clients. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets Lead, coach, and motivate the corporate sales team to deliver outstanding results Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers Collaborate with the Revenue Manager on sales forecasting and pricing strategies Create and oversee the annual sales budget and business plan for the corporate segment Identify new market opportunities and develop innovative sales approaches to capture them Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to corporate clients Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field Minimum of 7 years of experience in corporate sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless execution and follow-through Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships at the executive level Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events Adaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality Additional Information What awaits you...
