This position will report to the Director of Operations with a dotted line relationship to the General Manager. Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company growth goals. Set and manage sales targets, forecasts, and performance KPIs. Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to drive performance and accountability. Oversee CRM utilization, lead tracking, and reporting systems. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and dispatch to ensure alignment and smooth job flow. Support recruitment, training, and professional development of sales staff. Monitor market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity. Refine and optimize sales processes, pricing strategies, and customer communications. Manage customer escalations and support resolution as needed. Ensure integrity and professionalism in all sales interactions. Report performance metrics and business insights to leadership.
