Job Description The Director of Sales, Digital will play a critical leadership role in driving strategic growth for Quadient’s NORAM business. This leader will focus on building and scaling a high-performance team to drive pipeline creation and solution selling of financial automation solutions in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to helping our business increase pipeline and sales velocity and efficiency, drive bookings growth, and scale our team while aligning cross-functional stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Pipeline Development & Revenue Growth Effectively manage a team of sales professionals who are responsible for building and managing AR Automation and AP Automation pipeline across prospects and customer accounts Manage their own outbound prospecting campaigns Convert early-stage prospects into qualified pipeline opportunities and close business. Ensure quota attainment and performance with a focus on scaling a sustainable business with high degree of repeatability Sales Leadership & AE Development Lead and coach a team of strategic sales professionals focused on sales execution and cross-functional customer growth. Develop sales skills and capabilities to improve performance, efficiency, and close rates. Champion best practices in SaaS solution selling across the Quadient Digital portfolio. Actively manage strategic accounts to unlock new value and expansion opportunities. Foster a culture of high accountability, where reps are consistently challenged and supported to build pipelines, execute outbound, and convert non-active buyers Partner with and mentor developing managers, providing executive presence and technical depth to support complex sales cycles and customer engagements Strategy & Go-to-Market Alignment Align sales team around a digital growth model. Be EPIC in collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to align campaigns and enablement efforts. Qualifications Your profile 5+ years at various levels of sales leadership in comparable SMB SaaS roles with expertise in sales of comparable Financial Automation solutions 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, or go-to-market roles. Proven experience leading teams of sales professionals in developing early stage sales opportunities and bringing them to close in a high volume transaction model Deep expertise in cross selling multiple products to same customer Experience managing sales professionals with a focus on outbound and upsell sales. Ideal Candidate Profile: Early Stage to Close Converter: Strong track record of early-stage lead development through to closed-won deals. Full Suite SaaS Sales Leader: Skilled in leading team of sales professionals in presenting and positioning comprehensive digital solutions. Financial Automation Experience: Proven experience and success in leading and driving fast growth financial automation sales with a recognizable industry player People Developer: Strong leadership and mentorship for sales professional success. Player Coach Experience and Mentality: Comfortable “leading from the front” and owning a personal quota commitment if applicable while also managing team targets. Collaborative Operator: Able to execute in a shared credit environment (don’t know what this means?) and drive synergy between multiple teams. Strategic Thinker: Proactive about aligning around a new digital growth strategy.
