This is the role for proven solar leaders who are ready to build an army of managers and closers — and keep themselves in the top tier of producers while doing it.Compensation:

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and lead managers — recruit, train, and mentor Solar Sales Managers and Closers.
  • Stay sharp in the field — you’ll still prospect and close to lead by example.
  • Drive growth — set targets, crush them, and then raise the bar.
  • Shape culture — foster an all-gas, no-brakes team environment that wins.
  • Recruit strategically — attract top talent and plug them into your system.
  • Maximize earnings — stack overrides, personal commissions, and performance bonuses.
