Job Description - Lead and drive the Sales function to maximise market position, revenue and business growth across Corporate, Groups, Events, Leisure market and key hotel segments. - Champion and facilitate the rate loading process for negotiated accounts in the leisure, tour and business travel segments - Proactively develop new business through a structured sales plan, including outreach targets, client meetings, pipeline management and conversion of high-value opportunities. - Work closely with Revenue Management to optimise yield, manage business mix, analyse market trends and implement strategies that protect and grow market share. - Define and implement best practices for revenue management and distribution strategies, fostering consistency and driving continuous improvement. - Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends and competitor performance to proactively identify competitive advantages, market opportunities, and potential threats.
