Der Director of Sales, EMEA Central berichtet direkt an den Geschäftsführer der 1WorldSync GmbH und leitet die Vertriebsorganisation in der Region DACH & BeNeLux , um die Umsatzziele zu erreichen und gleichzeitig eine Kultur der Verantwortlichkeit, der professionellen Entwicklung, der Leistung und des ethischen Verhaltens zu fördern.
Als Director of Sales, EMEA Central bei 1WorldSync hast du unter anderem folgende Aufgaben:
- Erarbeitung und Umsetzung einer Strategie zur Gewinnung neuer Kunden sowie gezielter Ausbau bestehender Kundenbeziehungen zur Förderung eines vorhersehbaren jährlichen Wachstums wiederkehrender Umsätze für 1WorldSync
- Verantwortung für das Vertriebsteam und über 2.000 Kunden
- Befähigung des Vertriebsteams, zusätzliche Produkte zu vermarkten
- Erstellung detaillierter und genauer Forecasts für die Region
- Aufbau eines motivierten Teams, das in einem komplexen und sich entwickelndem Geschäftsumfeld nachweislich Wachstum erzielt
- Coaching und Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Teams und zusätzlich Rekrutierung von Top Account ManagerInnen und Account Executives in der Region
- Pflege der wichtigsten Kundenbeziehungen sowie Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Strategien zur Erweiterung des Kundenstamms
- Identifizierung von Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten und Entwicklung von Verkaufsplänen und -strategien zur Erreichung der Verkaufsziele
- Festlegung von vierteljährlichen und jährlichen Verkaufszielen sowie Motivation der Verkaufsteams zur Zielerreichung
- Verantwortung für den gesamten Sales-Prozess und Definition geeigneter KPIs zur Steuerung des Sales Funnels

1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With approximately 600 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking Director of Sales, EMEA Central to support our growing global team.
Reporting directly to our Managing Director of 1WorldSync GmbH, the Director of Sales, EMEA Central will provide leadership to the sales organization for the DACH and BeneLux to consistently achieve revenue targets while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
As Director of Sales, EMEA Central at 1WorldSync, responsibilities include the following:
- Establish and deliver on a strategy to land new customers with a mutual vision for expansion and expand existing accounts with purpose, driving customer success and predictable year-over-year ARR growth for 1WorldSync
- Manage the sales team for EMEA central and its portfolio of more than 2,000 customers
- Leading the transition of the sales team from a single to a multiple product sales approach
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting for the region
- Build an inspired teams that drives demonstrable growth in complex and evolving business environments by coaching and developing the existing sales team and recruiting additional top Account Managers and Account Executives
- Maintain key customer relationships and develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base
- Manage overall sales process and set appropriate metrics for sales funnel management
- Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals
- Plan and manage the region at both the strategic and operational levels
- Be an active and recognizable focal point and figurehead for the company within the region, ensuring that the company’s prestige and influence continue to grow
- Be an active and vocal member of the sales leadership team in EMEA
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- A world-class, experienced SaaS sales leader with 8+ years of proven sales leadership experience and a strong understanding of the EMEA Region
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Strong leadership skills; must have a consistent track record in recruiting and developing high-performing people
- A deep understanding and experience of working in an international context
- Skilled in managing collaboration and the exchange of best practices combined with market dynamics

- Leadership capabilities and the ability to mobilize and orchestrate virtual teams around large and complex enterprise deals with big deal teams without formal line-structure reporting
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, in English
- Strong collaboration skills both within end-user sales and professional services leadership, as well as partner, corporate, and strategy leaders
