As the Director of Sales Enablement, you will play a key role in equipping sales teams with the resources, knowledge, and strategies needed to drive customer acquisition and retention. In this role, you will design and implement scalable enablement programs that align with our business objectives and enhance the effectiveness of our go-to-market teams. Your responsibilities will include developing sales playbooks, training materials, and performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in revenue-generating activities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment on messaging, strategy, and execution. What You'll Do Sales Enablement Strategy: Develop and execute revenue enablement strategies to enhance sales effectiveness and accelerate growth. Training & Development: Design and implement sales training programs, workshops, and onboarding initiatives to equip teams with the necessary skills and knowledge. Sales Playbooks & Resources: Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and competitive intelligence resources to support sales teams in their engagements. Performance Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives and drive continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure consistency in messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Technology & Tools Management: Evaluate and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and enablement platforms to support efficient workflows. Market & Customer Insights: Gather and analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights to refine sales strategies and improve engagement. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related field within a SaaS or technology company. Strong track record of developing and executing revenue enablement programs that drive measurable business impact. Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills. Experience working with sales CRM and enablement tools Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize enablement strategies. Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related discipline.
