Position Summary: The Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue across our boutique hotels and restaurants. This role requires a dynamic leader who can cultivate client relationships, identify growth opportunities, and deliver measurable results in a competitive market. The ideal candidate thrives in a small, entrepreneurial environment and is hands-on in both strategy and execution. Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets for hotels and restaurants. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly. Business Development: Identify, target, and cultivate new business opportunities, including corporate accounts, group bookings, events, and partnerships. Build relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, local businesses, and event planners. Guest & Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and high-value guests. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through personalized outreach and engagement. Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead, mentor, and manage any sales or reservations staff. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and F&B teams to coordinate campaigns, promotions, and events. Reporting & Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, KPIs, and revenue metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve sales strategies and operational efficiency. Requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in hospitality, including boutique hotels, restaurants, or luxury travel. Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building client relationships. Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a small, dynamic team. Proficiency with hotel PMS, CRM, and sales analytics tools preferred. Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
