Role Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SaaS Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative solutions that meet our customers’ needs and drive business growth. You will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams to understand customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
The ideal candidate is a hunter with leadership potential—comfortable both closing enterprise deals and shaping long-term sales strategy. This role is remote, with a primary focus on the US and Canada.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Prerequisites

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing from an institute of repute.
  • 5–7 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, enterprise software, or regulated technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong network in North America and demonstrated ability to build new relationships.
  • Expertise in managing enterprise sales cycles and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with confidence engaging senior executives.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% (domestic + occasional international).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in document management, e-signature, or adjacent industries (fintech, life sciences, BFSI, healthcare).
  • Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as eIDAS, HIPAA, GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and 21 CFR Part 11.
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or other sales intelligence tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a metrics-driven, results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to drive adoption and customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot) to forecast sales, track KPIs, and maintain pipeline discipline.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory changes (e.g., eIDAS, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, ESIGN/UETA).
  • Provide strategic insights to executive leadership on market expansion opportunities and product positioning.
