Overview
We are seeking a proven sales leader to take ownership of driving revenue growth and leading a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales will be responsible for meeting aggressive revenue targets, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring the sales team consistently executes against plan.
Key Responsibilities

Revenue Leadership
*
Own quarterly and annual revenue goals and deliver consistent performance.

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and accelerate top-line growth.

Forecast sales performance and provide accurate pipeline visibility to the executive team.

Team Management
*
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals and sales engineers.
*
Establish performance metrics, hold the team accountable to quotas, and drive a culture of success.
*
Partner with sales enablement and marketing to ensure the team has the tools and training needed to succeed.

Strategic Account Development
*
Directly engage with enterprise and OEM customers on key deals.
*
Shape deal strategy and pricing to maximize revenue outcomes.
*
Build long-term customer relationships that lead to recurring and expanded business.
*
Process & Execution
*
Implement sales best practices, including pipeline management, territory planning, and account prioritization.
*
Ensure CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making.
*
Continuously refine sales playbooks to shorten cycles and increase win rates.
Qualifications
*
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
*
8+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 3+ years in a management role.
*
Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue quotas.
*
Experience leading teams in complex enterprise or OEM sales environments.
*
Strong coaching skills and ability to develop talent.
*
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
*
Background in technical or hardware-driven industries such as wireless, IoT, robotics, or industrial solutions.
*
Experience with OEM sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
