Description Director of Sales Will be responsible for Sales Management in all GTS territories and service demographics Primary Areas of Responsibilities Help manage the Outside Sales team Maintain, grow, and assist significant accounts as their Outside Sales Representative Make Joint Sales Calls with Outside Sales staff two days a week Generate and distribute leads Work with the Purchasing Department on new market opportunities Work with VP of Sales and Purchasing Manager to negotiate large job purchases with vendors Challenges Grow the Sales Department while maintaining profitability Work across multiple departments within GTS Familiarize yourself with new and innovative products in the industry Prioritize responsibilities and desires accordingly in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner Arrange multiple schedules for joint sales calls with outside sales team Maintain an excellent staff while managing labor budgets Executive Responsibilities Help management team with unexpected issues throughout GTS Travel to all GTS territories Travel to Industry and Network Events Requirements Experience 5–10+ years of sales experience 3–5+ years in sales leadership or management Proven experience leading teams and hitting revenue targets Experience with forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM systems Preferred Skills Industry experience Schedule: This position will report to the Corporate Office in Wheat Ridge when not traveling and visiting customers
