Director of Sales Job Details: * Hours – Monday - Friday 830am-5pm * Pay – $80,000 per year plus bonus plan * Location – Caretta Eau Claire WI Director of Sales Responsibilities: * Drive occupancy growth through effective sales techniques and strategies. * Build and maintain strong relationships with potential residents, their families, and professional referral sources. * Conduct tours with prospective residents, showcasing the community and its services to effectively close sales. * Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to adapt and innovate our sales approaches. * Collaborate with the executive team on pricing strategies and promotional offers. * Manage the sales pipeline efficiently, ensuring all leads are followed up on promptly and accurately. * Report on sales activities and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance.
