Description

Key Responsibilities: The Director of Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, driving revenue growth and implementing effective sales strategies to meet organizational goals. This individual will work closely with other senior leaders to develop and execute sales initiatives, oversee sales performance and ensure customer metric’s success. The Director of Sales will also play a key role in managing customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

EDUCATION AND FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field of study
  • Proven track record of leading technology focused sales teams
  • Demonstrated ability in reporting, sales strategy development and leadership
  • 5 years of Small business lending experience or sales in a similar behaving industry
  • Proven track record of leading sales teams to achieve or surpass targets

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and understand customer needs, both internal and external customers. Understands how one’s actions impact others and makes adjustments to align with team and organizational needs.
  • Prior experience building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of people, demonstrating an understanding of social cues and adapting communication to different audiences. Balances assertiveness with diplomacy, fostering trust and cooperation.
