We are seeking an experienced and results driven commercial leader with a passion for delivering results in the fast-paced world of hotels. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies for the hotel to support the maximisation of rooms and food and beverage revenue performance and ensure sales goals and the hotel’s commercial objectives are achieved.
You will lead the hotel’s Sales team and focus on the development and execution of integrated sales strategies that maximise market share, strengthen brand positioning and deliver sustainable revenue growth across all channels.
Your leadership will be instrumental in building, inspiring and guiding a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and commercial success.
Ensure sales and marketing strategies are set, tactical plans are created and implemented, and results are monitored and achieved. Build, motivate and lead an effective and engaged sales and marketing team.
