Description

The 220-room Holiday Inn & Suites Windsor has reopened and is now undergoing a full-scale renovation and brand refresh, already underway.
This transformation will bring the property fully in line with the latest IHG standards and position it for long-term growth and renewed market presence.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales strategy during this exciting phase. Reporting to the General Manager and working closely with a strong, supportive Head Office team based in Toronto, this role will be central to rebuilding our business, driving revenue, and re-establishing the hotel as a market leader.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record in hotel sales at Director or Senior Sales Manager level.
  • Strong background in corporate, group, and transient sales.
  • Opera or similar PMS experience is required.
  • Experience with IHG systems or brands is an advantage.
  • Adaptable, self-motivated, and confident in managing change.

  • Mentor and inspire the sales team, setting performance goals and ensuring accountability.
  • Build strong client relationships through networking, property tours, and account management.
  • Monitor market trends, adjust strategies, and deliver on revenue targets.
  • Ensure alignment with IHG brand standards in all communications and client interactions.
