Job Description An exciting opportunity exists for a Director of Sales to take ownership of sales performance across two premium Hunter Valley destinations Cypress Lakes Resort and Elysia Wellness Retreat. This role is based in the Hunter Valley and is open to candidates seeking a relocation from Adelaide. You will drive revenue across MICE, Corporate, Leisure, Health & Wellbeing, Golf, and F&B, while leading a passionate and experienced sales team. Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver annual sales plans aligned with business objectives Manage key accounts across all market segments Lead, coach, and motivate the sales and conference teams Build and maintain strong industry and client relationships Represent both properties at industry and trade events Use sales data and market insights to guide growth strategies Work closely with the Commercial Sales team to unlock new opportunities Qualifications Proven experience in a Director of Sales or similar senior role within hospitality Expertise in managing complex sales segments across multiple properties Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities Knowledge of revenue and distribution strategies Passion for customer experience and team development Additional Information At Minor Hotels, we value our people as the heart of our success.
