Reporting to the National Sales Director, this is a managerial role as part of the Regional Sales Team. The Director of Sales (DOS) will be responsible for generating dealer sales growth across their team of Regional Sales Managers. The DOS will work closely with the VP, Sales – Canada, the National Sales Director and other team members to create marketing and sales strategies for use by their Regional Sales Team to promote Keyloop Canada products and services.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of SaaS sales team management, ideally within the automotive market. Extensive collaboration will be required across multi-function teams. A successful candidate will understand the automotive industry and the key challenges, have excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, demonstrate resilience and be committed to a performance culture. The candidate will ideally also have a good experience (user or provider) of the Keyloop solutions. A pro-active approach to continuous improvement and a ‘can do’ attitude is essential along with a strong sales
management background.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:



    • Minimum 10 years’ SaaS sales experience.

    • Minimum of 5 year’ of SaaS sales management experience.
    • DMS Sales experience preferred.
    • Significant experience within the automotive sector.
    • Significant experience selling SaaS, cloud-based solutions.
    • Experience managing sales teams that consistently deliver on targets.
    • Excellent communication skills.
    • A proven track record of team sales quota attainment (achieving and overachieving).
    • Customer focused - maturity and diplomacy to manage engagement at varied levels within the target client organisations.
    • Able to implement a professional, structured sales approach incorporating.
    • Prospecting, Contact Management, Qualification, Presentation, Objection.
    • Handling and Closing Techniques.
    • Self-driven, ambitious, resilient, highly motivated, competitive, resourceful, excellent communication skills, especially around listening, questioning – politely assertive.
    • Highly organized within a process orientated environment. Computer literate and familiarity with SF.com an advantage

      Responsibilities


        • Deliver on Annual sales objectives as per the company strategic and sales operating plans for the Western Canada Market.

        • To meet those sales targets through management of the Regional Sales team members.
        • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product information sessions to C-level individuals (and other management positions) at dealers and dealer groups.
        • Contribute to marketing and sales strategies for the various products and services that Keyloop Canada offers to dealers.
        • Produce Monthly and Quarterly Sales Plans for the markets.
        • Weekly Opportunity reviews in partnership with the Product Sales Managers and National Sales Director.
        • Ensure Regional Sales Team is updating sales activities and pipeline on a daily and weekly basis.
        • Responsible for production of accurate monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts for the assigned territories.
        • Implement and utilize fully the Keyloop Sales Model & Core Processes.
        • Work closely with the Keyloop Canada delivery team to help coordinate product delivery and to help streamline processes to ensure delivery is as efficient as possible.
        • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client expectations are managed in accordance with Keyloop Canada productivity.
        • Provide unparalleled customer service to all Keyloop Canada clients to ensure best-in-class service and support at all times.
        • To feedback market intelligence to increase the internal market knowledge of competitor products.
