Purpose of the role
If you’re passionate about business development, building high-impact relationships, and championing sustainable hospitality, this is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the success of one of Belfast’s largest hotels - room2 and drive its growth in the vibrant Belfast market.
As Director of Sales, you will take the lead in driving revenue growth, market share, and brand positioning, ensuring room2 Belfast becomes the top choice for long-stay, corporate, and eco-conscious accommodation. You will be the commercial face of room2 Belfast, responsible for executing a strategic, hands-on sales approach that delivers results.
This is a key leadership role for someone with knowledge of the Belfast hotelroom market and a track record of success in business development, corporate sales, and market expansion. You’ll have the opportunity to build and nurture high-value partnerships across corporate, MICE, leisure, and relocation sectors, helping to establish room2 Belfast as a market leader.
Collaborating with the Group Commercial Team (Revenue, Marketing, and Sales) and the room2 Belfast General Manager to achieve commercial targets and outperformance, it is essential you can be an ambassador for our core values: sustainability, innovation, and community engagement, bringing net-zero hometels to the Belfast market.
This role is perfect for a dynamic, results-driven sales leader who is eager to make a significant impact in a fast-growing, forward-thinking hospitality brand.
