An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and passionate Director of Sales to lead the sales strategy for Lancemore Hill at Macedon Ranges—a 70-room boutique property purpose-built for corporate retreats, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

Balancing your time between the property and our Melbourne Head Office, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Driving Sales & Growth: Generate leads, secure new business, and deliver against revenue targets
  • Building Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong client connections across corporate, MICE, and agency markets
  • Marketing & Promotion: Contribute to campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct site inspections and famils
  • Sales Negotiation & Conversion: Craft proposals, negotiate contracts, and convert opportunities
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyse trends, and refine strategies to optimise results
