Job Description Primary Responsibilities: Business Performance: Develop and implement strategic sales plans, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to ensure achievement of business goals. Collaborate with Finance team on budget preparation and financial forecasts. Sales & Marketing: Direct all sales activities for group, transient, and catering/banquet segments to maximize revenue. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop effective strategies and adapt to changing business environments. Oversee advertising, public relations, and promotional activities in coordination with corporate departments. Actively participate in sales presentations, property tours, and customer meetings. Team Management: Recruit, develop, and manage the sales and marketing team, including performance evaluations and ongoing coaching. Conduct regular departmental meetings and ensure team members maintain high standards of professionalism. Other Responsibilities: Stay informed of hotel safety procedures and attend required trainings. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
