Job Description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, marketing strategy, and team management, with the ability to build strong client relationships and deliver measurable results. Qualifications Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the annual Sales & Marketing Business Lead and inspire the Sales & Marketing team, ensuring high performance through coaching, mentoring, and talent development. Identify new business opportunities across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Wholesale, and Consortia segments. Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and monthly performance reports while ensuring commercial objectives are achieved. Qualifications Experience in hotel sales and marketing, with proven leadership experience at Director level. Strong experience in commercial strategy development, market analysis, brand management, and revenue growth initiatives. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing successful business strategies. Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in luxury, international, or upscale hotel environments preferred. Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
