DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING

Scintilla EG Holding Company
Location: Hybrid/ Based in Marion, Iowa
Reports to: CGO, COO or CEO
Exempt or Non-Exempt: Exempt
Status: Full-Time
Typical Working Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm; Some travel required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development (industrial, engineering, or technology sectors preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading high-impact GTM strategies across multiple divisions or business lines.
  • Deep understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms; Acumatica CRM experience a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and storytelling skills—able to influence at all levels and connect technical capability to customer value.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action, results, and continuous improvement.
