YOUR ROLE AS DIRECTOR OF SALES & MARKETING
We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Marketing for our Body Sensor Networks (BSN) segment who will take our global commercial team to the next level. Our BSN segment serves the health & sports and entertainment markets and represents approximately 60% of our combined business. This position is pivotal in driving growth and success at Movella and we are looking for a candidate who brings a blend of proven sales and marketing leadership capabilities, technical knowledge, and strategic thinking. We expect that you have a proven sales and marketing playbook to improve our current processes and methodologies as well as expertise leveraging a wide range of sales and marketing tech tools to drive growth while maximizing sales and marketing ROI and the overall metrics of our company. You’ll also be tasked with inspiring our team and gaining the support from all stakeholders to lead them forward.
Reporting to the CEO, the Director of Sales & Marketing (BSN) will work closely with the leadership team to support overall demand generation, business growth and sales execution across our products and markets. As an experienced executive, you will be accountable for advising the CEO on the measures needed to deliver world-class sales and marketing execution and customer support.
Our Sales and Marketing Team is comprised of Direct and Channel Account Executives located in the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, Key Account Managers, Product Marketing Managers, Revenue Demand Generation and Product Specialists.
The preferred location for this position is at our headquarter in Enschede, the Netherlands or Los Angeles, CA. You should expect at least 50% international travel spanning the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific regions.
