As our Team Leader Sales and Marketing, you will drive performance, inspire a high-energy team, and take our sales efforts to the next level across a portfolio of hotels. Your Key Tasks Lead and manage all sales initiatives for a portfolio of selected hotels in area of responsibility Coach, mentor, and motivate a small but dynamic team of Account Managers to achieve outstanding results. Maximize revenue growth by implementing strategic sales and marketing activities aligned with business objectives. Identify and drive new business opportunities to expand market presence. Build and nurture strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to maximize sales and marketing potential. Qualifications Your Profile & Skills Proven experience in a leadership role within hotel sales, with a strong track record of driving performance. Commercially astute, highly organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ambitious and results-oriented, with a passion for increasing productivity and sales volume. Excellent communicator and negotiator, with the ability to build lasting partnerships. A clear thinker with attention to detail, able to develop and execute sales strategies effectively.
