Job Description
Our Director of Sales will lead our dynamic sales team to new heights of success. This role will be a key pillar and leader, representing a newly renovated select service market leader in Fort Myers, Florida! As the driving force behind our hotel’s revenue generation efforts, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize profitability and market share. Your primary focus will be on identifying key market segments, cultivating relationships with high-value clients, and securing lucrative business opportunities. Drawing upon your extensive industry knowledge and experience, you’ll lead the sales team in generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
In addition to driving sales, you’ll provide visionary leadership and mentorship to the sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Compensation:
$65,000 – $80,000 per year
