Overview
The Director of Sales- National Accounts will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with high-value clients, driving strategic sales initiatives, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business success;
  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within key accounts;
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to align company capabilities with client expectations;
  • Negotiate high-value contracts, pricing, and service agreements to drive revenue growth;
  • Provide strategic account planning and forecasting based on sales data and market trends;
  • Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen partnerships and expand the customer base;
  • Monitor account performance, identify risks, and proactively implement corrective actions;
  • Perform other required tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in key account management, sales, or business development;
  • Proven track record of managing and growing high-value accounts;
  • Experience calling on Sam’s and developing relationships within their organization;
  • Experience with replenishment processes and a strong understanding of how inventory management systems work to ensure product availability and supply chain efficiency;
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills;
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic account plans;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
  • Ability to travel monthly to Bentonville, Arkansas;
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
